I recently purchased one of your sailing boat cushions and was delighted with it. I bought it for my (sailing mad) husband for fathers day (on behalf of the children). It is an absolutely beautiful piece of work and so nice to know that it is unique. The only problem is that now I’ve seen your new cushion ‘Quayside’ and they would make such a lovely matching pair! It’s a bit early for a Christmas list but I wonder if I could persuade my children to have quiet word with my husband….I’m sure I can think of another occasion if I try hard enough.
Keep on creating.
Many thanks for your kind words and I’m really pleased that he likes it. I was really pleased with the quayside cushion too.
Many thanks for your custom, Jane
Thank you for my beautiful photograph album. It will be lovely to look through all our old photo’s and put them into the album. I just hope the photo’s will do the album justice. A beautiful piece of work that will last for ever and keep all our treasured photo’s safe.
just got back from Southwell Minster in Nottingham I bought the cushion with the hare on which I was very pleased with , but I also liked the one with the birds on but it had been sold
Think I could have sold at least four more of the bird cushion design! I do plan to make some more but each one will be slightly different due to the nature of the batik fabric. If you would like me to get in touch when I’ve made another please let me know. Thank-you for your purchase it was much appreciated, the hare design has been popular too!
Thankyou for the wonderful revision dressmaking course you created for us today. It doesn’t seem five minutes since O level dress and suddenly all those processes flooded back . Excellent explanations into new methods and short cuts plus a wonderful lunch- what more could a girl( mature lady) want.Looking forward to May and machine embroidery. Thankyou again Carrie
